Get earned income tax forms:

The Borough of State College and the State College Area School District jointly levy an Earned Income and Net Profits Tax.  The forms are linked to our website and can be found on the Tax Office page.  Click here to go directly to that page.

Start or stop my refuse collection:
Contact the State College Borough Finance Department at 814-278-4766.

Get a dog license:

Dogs over three months of age are required to be licensed by January 1 of each year (Pennsylvania State Dog Law).  Applications for licenses are available in the Finance and Health Departments for the first three months of each year.  License fees are $6.50 for spayed or neutered dogs and $8.50 for all other dogs. Senior citizens are charged less and lifetime licenses are available from the Centre County Treasurer’s office in Bellefonte.  If you have any questions about the license application please call 814-355-6810.


Get the Council meeting agendas:
You can to subscribe to a list to be notified when the agenda becomes available on the Borough’s website.  Council usually meets the first and third Monday evenings at 7:30 p.m. in a regular meeting and the second Monday evening at 7:30 p.m. in a work session.  Other work session are scheduled on Friday’s at 12:00 noon throughout the year.  To see when Council is meeting, visit the Calendar of Events.  Agendas are usually posted on Friday for Monday meetings and on Thursday for Friday meetings.  To see a list of current agenda items, click here
